“ Great spot for lunch or dinner! They had live music and an outdoor patio seating area with yard games and a pup patio menu! The food came out piping hot and stayed hot while eating it! Fast service and great food! Do yourself a favor and get the 1919 root beer on tap! It was so good! ”

“ What can I say about this diner? My wife & I recently took a 1,670 mile in state road trip for our 30th anniversary trip. We were looking for a restaurant/diner for breakfast on our way to Whitefish Point & I found this place on Google & said why not. They surely didn’t disappoint. My wife had the Buttermilk Pancakes with bacon & I had the Morningstar Breakfast Burrito. Everything tasted wonderful. The place was great with a wonderful atmosphere. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in the area. We will return next time we are in the UP. Thank you for everything!!! ”

We sat on their front porch, which is dog-friendly, and ordered a small smorgasbord. Highlights were definitely the onion rings (please order those if you have any inclination toward those!), the French onion soup, and the Drunk Sailor burger.
